I was very pleased with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. It's very hard to find someone who actually cleans Orientals in Central Florida, so I was very pleasantly surprised to find someone and to discover that they were actually very good. They were professional and efficient and did great work. Their customer service is very good and they are extremely helpful. They called with reminders and they were very flexible and accommodating with whatever my situation was at the given time. I had a very good experience with them and I would definitely rate them five stars for pretty much everything they did!
