We had Floor Coverings International Rochester out to put in a new kitchen floor and new counter tops while we were on vacation, which was really nice. Unfortunately, we had to ask them to come back a couple times to fix things that weren't an issue before they came out to install everything. They were always happy to come back, but it's an indication that their attention to detail needs improvement.
