We used Invoke to move our large furniture to a storage unit until our house is ready later this year. Outstanding in every respect! Scheduling was quick and efficient They followed up to confirm our time and again when the truck was actually heading our way.

Jacob and Brandon showed up on time and were nothing short of amazing. Not your usual minimum wage day laborers. They started out by reviewing the plan and confirming costs for extra materials that might be required to ensure our furniture was properly protected.

Since we had several larger (and expensive) pieces, there was quite a bit of disassembly and preparation required. Only after carefully packing up every piece did they actually start loading the truck. Upon arrival at our storage unit, I was impressed with the way they made everything fit. Both guys were polite and worked hard all day long. They even informed me when they were going to take an occasional 5 minute rest break just so I didn't think they were slacking off.

There was only one negative. Invoke recommended an in home estimate but I had to leave town on business. As a result, we just did a phone inventory that ultimately underestimated the time required by several hours. Totally my fault for refusing their advice. On the positive side, even though it forced them to reschedule another job, Jacob and Brandon never rushed to try to get us done. They carefully stuck to doing it right until everything was safely put away.

The experience was so positive that we intend to spend the money to have these guys move us to Austin later this summer and put all of our furniture back together again. The reviews don't lie. Invoke was professional, courteous, and there were no nasty surprises.
