This company sent two movers one experienced and one first day on the job with no training. My stuff was just thrown on the truck. I went to get a tool out of the back of the truck and when I looked inside and saw my stuff in a heap. I purchased a box for my 65" OLED LG TV that cost me $2,500, the moving foreman and company assured me that they would take great care. My wife watched in horror as the two movers dropped my 65" TV landed on the floor as it fell out of the container box because it wasn't properly wrapped. Several items came up missing also. The following day when I went to the business to inquire about the damage, I was talking with the secretary who was very cordial when the owner came out of his office, rude and totally unprofessional. I don't know how he stays in business. He wouldn't listen to anything I had to say and kept repeating himself "we have cameras". He was a real $@!#%. I told him they threw my "$@!#%" on the truck in a pile and he told me not to cuss, then he tells me to get the F*#& out of his business. DOT only requires this $@!#% to pay .60 per pound so I would get maybe $65 for my $2,500 TV, so I didn't even file a claim. I requested the police accompany me the next day to return some furniture pads. Even the patrolman told me this own has a reputation. So, my advice would be stay away from Invoke Moving at all costs. This was the worst experience ever!
