I took him all the cushions and upolstery off my sail boat with unknown and old stains and dirt. Bob was upfront about likely not being able to remove all the stains. He was right, some of the stains did not clean up completely. The result is good, better than one should expect. Overall I am quite happy. I will return when we need similar cleaning services.
