I knew the brand and model I wanted for my new Washer and Dryer, so I called Bray and Scarff in Timonium. Seven years prior I had done the same thing and they were great to deal with and the delivery crew was fantastic. This time the sales person was also great, but the first delivery person was not. The previous crew from seven years was suppose to come but new crew did not want to try to move the washer and dryer into my basement. On the 2nd attempt at delivery the crew from seven years ago came and installed the W&D without any problem. :) I even had them measure for a new refrigerator. B&S matched the other retailers prices and I got great service except for the one delivery person.
