We bought a new washer and dryer with the help from Josh. Within one day of delivery the dryer had a loud vibrating noise coming from it. We called for service and the tech said that the vent pipe was bent and thought it was done at the factory. He thought he fixed the problem. After putting my first load in, the loud vibration noise was back. We called Josh and he ordered a new dryer for us. Josh was very professional and showed us that Bray and Scarff stands by their appliances. We will shop with them again!
