First time they've let us down

We had a little problem with Gillespie's. We didn't have enough carpet ordered and we were trying to get the carpeting in before a party. 4 stairs ended up not carpeted. We've had a lot of carpeting with them and worked with Monte and them on multiple occasions. This was the first time we'd run into any problems. They've recarpeted our entire house twice now.
