We hired Gillespie’s Abbey Carpet to remove tile & install new tile in our kitchen. The old tile we were removing was only 1 yr. old that was purchased from another company. The tile was installed by the other company. Unfortunately, they mixed the grout wrong and caused variations in the color of the grout. The floor looked dirty no matter how I scrubbed it.

Casey (salesperson) at Gillespie’s was extremely helpful in picking out a new tile. We absolutely love our new tile. We selected a 24x24 inch tile and it made our kitchen look larger.

The tile installers, Jeff & Jackson, were terrific. They are extremely knowledgeable in doing their job & the end result is proof of that. They did an amazing job in the layout design of the tile. You would have thought they laid out the tile before putting the tile down but that wasn’t the case. They just took the tile out of the box and installed it. While talking with the installers they said they do the job as if it was being done at their home. So refreshing to hear a worker think like that today!
