I liked everything about my experience with Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & floor, from start to finish. I needed them to remove the old carpet in my den and hallway, in order to install new floor laminate. I also required a replacement of the old vinyl I had in my kitchen, with updated vinyl flooring. They helped in picking out what I needed for my home, and they even came to my house to evaluate at no extra cost to me. They scheduled my appointment to the best of their ability, based on my needs, and when an opportunity came to deliver my flooring ahead of schedule, they provided me with that option. Their workers were outstanding. They were courteous and let me know of any unforeseen issues, and talked to me about how to work around them. They were diligent in making sure everything was cleaned up. They were great. This was my first time using Gillespie's, as I had first thought about using a home improvement store. Turns out they outsource these types of jobs, so I reached out to a local company. I spoke to the owner, and he told me how they invest their money to support the kids in our community. This was very important to me. All in all, they did a great job and I would certainly use them again.
