We didn't use SBW Inc for a pool. Instead, we hired them to do our restaurant's flooring surface in the same product that one might find around a pool deck. We tried using another company out of Florida last year, but their Everlast epoxy with small pebbles only lasted a year before it started disintegrating. The unique and proprietary flooring product from SBW Inc covered all the material under it and built up the surface upon application. It's much more durable than the floor we had before. The floor was installed in the spring and so far it's looking pretty good. Some of the finish is coming up and the color coat is fading but the product itself is not chipping or looking bad. I've emailed SBW Inc two or three times over the last month to take a look at it and haven't heard back from them yet. Their lack of response is not necessarily what I would have hoped, but I will give them a call soon. Overall, SBW Inc provided us with a great product.
