We covered an existing rubbery looking dex-o-tex type roof deck with Semco in a polished finish.

The Semco in the color Phantom is gorgeous. It has the look and feel of a rich plaster. It's so strong and hard to damage too.

SBW Semco was great to work with. They're employees were diligent, respectful, pleasant workers, highly skilled at what they did. The owner is very communicative and worked with me on a sample until we had the look we wanted.

I think the work was a bit more than they originally estimated for, but they didn't complain or try to charge more.

I'm happy and my client is thrilled.
