I was skeptical of NuVet Labs at first. A friend of mine recommended them for my dog who came down with Cushing's disease; initially she was diagnosed with diabetes. I contacted customer service and they e-mailed me with the properties of the NuVet Plus multivitamin and, because of her situation with two chronic diseases, suggested that we should give her one in the morning and one in the evening. They said it was possible that it would shrink her tumor, and I really believe that's what happened.

She was taking 30 mg. of a brand name drug that was reduced to 10 mg. per day. That only led my vet to believe the tumor is shrinking normally. Usually they have to increase the medication, not decrease it. The only explanation to the reduction of medication is NuVet. My veterinarian has stated that he's never seen it in his career and he's on the state board. They also have NuVet with glucosamine for joints, which is good because I have one dog with floating patellas.
