I called the company to redo a job that they did 6 days earlier in a vacant apartment. The carpet did not look, feel or smell cleaned. The tech was rude and redid the job in less than 30 minutes. He was throwing the equipment around like he did not want to redo it. I still have carpet that is not clean although it was cleaned twice by this company and the same guy. Very disappointed in the professionalism and the service.
I call because the landlord used your company to clean the carpet before I move in to the apartment. I was told by the landlord that the carpet was cleaned on July the 2. I took possession of the keys to move in on the 9th. The carpet does not look, feel, or smell clean. Called your company to express my dissatisfaction. You all agreed to redo it because of you policy. The tech that was sent out was rude. He had a rude tone and tried to get me to sign an incomplete invoice. He also tried to get me to upgrade to a different package. He was rude when I refused to sign the incomplete invoice. I asked why did I have to sign a new invoice when he was just there on Saturday and completed the job. He recleaned the entire 4
Four rooms in less than 30 minutes. He tried to get me to signing again accepting payment responsibility, when I questioned it, he stormed out the door.
