The actual results were excellent, but water left on adjoining floors

The service person was courteous and efficient. However, water was left in several areas where wood floors adjoined the carpet. I appreciated his pointing out a few stains which couldn't be removed.
Your name is misleading; it is not a dry process.

Thank you Delores. I am sorry that the water was left on the hardwood floors, I will bring that to Stephan's attention. Yes, the ChemDry name is confusing. It's a 44 year old company. We do use water in our cleaning and the cleaning solution is completely safe and non-toxic, no chemicals!! Have a wonderful holiday season.
