Cost of Services

The price was not the price that was quoted. The price the guy charged was much higher and he said it was the regular price. I guess it doesn't really matter much at this point the check has been paid. It is a bit unfair to quote one price and then charge a higher price once you get to the job location. So, is it price gouging? or Opportunism?

I'm so sorry that the price was different then we spoke about it on the phone. My notes list that you were getting a couch, loveseat and chair cleaned. On the phone, I would estimate a standard 7' sofa and loveseat to be $180. Chairs are harder because they are so varied in size. I typically estimate $35-50. There were two chairs being cleaned that day not just the one that I thought you were doing. You then have the tax for all of the cleaning. I apologize for the confusion.
