Excellent service. I bought the additional PURT treatment - when the odor was still there after a few days I called back, and they came out the same day to retreat, and treated more of the area. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure the odor issue was solved. With young children, I also appreciate that they don't use chemicals on the rest of the carpet. Would recommend.
