Buying a home is a very stressful endeavor; there are many home inspectors and services out there. We had called around and checked out many who were recommended to us by our real estate agent, mortgage broker, and friends. The price range was enormous and what we were told were equally as varied. We chose Inspect The Best because the first person who we spoke to, Jaimee, was friendly, informative, authentic, and genuinely helpful. She spoke highly of her owner and inspector which speaks volume to us; she was cooperative with the scheduling, the pricing, and offered us a 90 days warranty as a part of the inspection. Inspect the Best is also a green company and, for us, it suits our ideology. We went with our gut instinct about Inspect The Best, on our first home inspection and it was the best decision ever.

Chris Nash came out to inspect the first home that we were interested in. He was on time, thorough, informative, helpful; after we received the 100+ pages of report (which arrived early the next day), it provided us with a more complete view of what we were considering for our long term investment. Long story short, we ended up not buying that property and lost the money that we paid to Inspect The Best for their services. However, we were grateful because we learned a great deal and Chris Nash was pivotal in the process of preventing us from having made a long term investment which would not have been right for us.
Since that first inspection, we have been making Chris Nash's name and Inspect The Best an integral part of our request when we place an offer on a property which we are interested in. We are in the process of closing an escrow on a property which has just been serviced by Inspect The Best; we are very grateful to Chris Nash and Jaimee for making this purchase possible. We are twitting about them to people we know and have a feeling we will continue to correspond with them .
