Last week my wife and I shopped at Big George's for a new refrigerator. Our salesman, Paul McGuckin, was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and thoroughly familiar with everything related to all (!) of your models and brands of fridges. This afternoon, Josh and Mike delivered our good lookin' new LG. Throughout the installation, Josh was teaching new-tech Mike, explaining and guiding him at each stage of the setup. (Mike is clearly a quick study.) All three of these Big George men are 100% technology pros and fine young guys. We have dealt with your company many times over the past 50 years.
