I went in fully intending to purchase a washer and dryer before leaving. A sales rep came over. Then left and never came back. I needed a couple questions answered. I walked out without a washer and dryer. I had done a lot of research before entering the store and knew I wanted a Speed Queen. I waited fifteen minutes for him to come back. I hope he works on commission.
