We recently relocated to the Ann Arbor area and we needed a new washer and dryer. We were referred to the Ann Arbor store by our son in law.
Brad was our salesman and he went over and above to help us. Because it was a long distance move and we were unable to visit the store, he took the time to talk with us on the phone and help us pick the set that would work best for us. He was able to coordinate the purchase and delivery to fit the timeline of our move!
