Dealing with Big George's for warranty repair on my 2 year old washing machine has been the worse experience I have ever had with a company. I have been trying to get my washing machine fixed for 8 days. After waiting yesterday for 9 hours for a scheduled visit that no one showed up for, I still am without a washing machine. I was told by the warranty company, that they sold my warranty to, that the next available appointment would be another 9 days. This is totally unacceptable. When I contacted my salesperson, manager and customer service I was met with excuses on that it wasn't their area (the manager), they would look into it and get back with me (customer service) THAT never happened. Customer service also informed me that of course, I could find someone to come within 1-2 days when they know they will be getting paid but that this was warranty. Maybe before they sell a $200.00 warranty they should inform customers that they sell the warranty and that it could be weeks or more before a repair will be scheduled. My salesperson gave me many numbers that I could call to try and figure this out on my own or offered a store credit for the warranty by my salesperson. I informed the manager that I did not want a store credit as I will never buy anything from them again. He then told me he was done with me bashing him and that he would have someone contact me about a refund and hung up on me. So far that hasn't happened either. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau also. They should not be allowed to sell worthless warranties. BEWARE of Big George's. They are great until you need them.
