During the pandemic, appliances, especially fridges became an impossible commodity to secure. Big George's was upfront and honest that if may take 2 to 4 months from our order date to receive the fridge we wanted. We ended up buying both a fridge and new stove. To our shock, 2 weeks later they called and set up an appointment to deliver our appliances.

The two men delivering our appliances were amazing! They were so careful with everything and did a great job removing our old appliances and then bringing in our new. They tested everything to make sure all worked before they left. They gave us instructions are cleaning and first time usage. I never did catch the names of the 2 delivery guys but they were fantastic. One of the best experiences ever for delivery and set up. They are worth every penny. Over the last 20 years, I have bought small things to large things at Big George's. Every time has been a fantastic experience. They are a trusted company who delivers great service. I also like how their employees are so helpful and they definitely do not talk down to women. Unlike some places I have tried to shop. Whilst big warehouse places are nice, I have found Big George's to have the same pricing, specialized knowledge and a person touch. Have recommended to all my friends and neighbors.
