Witbeck's-- West Bloomfield; Poor after sales service
Received stove with a bent burner knob. The movers didn't want to touch it as it's a gas stove and bending it back may cause a gas leak. They opened a service call and the service tech said that it would need to be replaced. That was nearly 8 weeks ago. This is top of the line Frigidaire stove minus a burner. My old stove was already loaded on the truck or I would have refused delivery. When I contacted the sales person he provided follow-up information but didn't follow-through himself. Poor customer service. The repair service contracted by Witbeck is poor at best. I had to call them to get an update. When I did they made it sound like they had the parts for a while but just hadn't bothered to notify me. I should have required a replacement stove. Disappointing.
