Last week i ordered a new dishwasher over the phone from Paul who gave me all of the information that I needed to decide on the machine and answered all my questions.
Today, Brian came and installed the dishwasher. He let me know well ahead of time when he would be coming and politely reminded me that he needed access under my sink. He came when he said that he would and removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one in less than an hour.
