Dave F. And Mike T., the installers, were thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood how everything worked. Marsha in customer service was wonderfully helpful when we had a problem. Would definitely use Big George again. They were great in sales, customer service, and installation!
