Salesman outright lied !
I called Big George's looking for a Bosch dishwasher. A salesman said he would have to look into it and see what's available. A few days later a different salesman called back and left a voicemail saying they had one at a warehouse in Chicago and could have it transferred to Ann Arbor within a week. A couple days later I went there and paid for it. Two weeks later no one had called so I called them. Talked to one salesman who said the dishwasher wasn't in stock, transferred me to the original one I talked with.
He flat out denied ever having told me they had the dishwasher in stock, said they never have stock in Chicago. I was shocked to hear him say this. I still have the original voice mail from him saying they can get it from Chicago within a week.
I will never shop this store again. I don't deal with liars.
