Our old dishwasher broke about a month into the COVID-19 "shutdown" order. My parents had ordered appliances from Big George's and had a good experience, so I went to their website (which was easily navigable and filled with information on various products), selected a dishwasher, and sent a message to the company using the pop-up on the website on a Sunday morning. Within an hour I received a voicemail from Kevin, who gave me both the store's phone number and his personal cell phone number to make sure that I could contact him and get my issue resolved. Kevin was kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the products from purchase through installation, and was able to process our order and get an installation scheduled that day. Although the pandemic reduced the number of available installers, Kevin put us in the next available slot, and called back the next day to inform us that a spot had opened up and that our dishwasher would be delivered and installed the following day (on Tuesday, less than 48 hours after placing the order).

The installation crew was professional, courteous, and efficient, completing the installation and taking away my old dishwasher in about 30 minutes. The crew adhered to safety/distancing protocols and explained how to operate the new dishwasher in a clear and succinct manner.

We love the dishwasher and so far, it does a great job.

Overall, we are incredibly satisfied with the product, the price, and the above-and-beyond customer service we received from Big George's. We will be ordering all of our new appliances from them, and we would recommend them to anyone.
