Poor customer service
Received a new defective appliance on delivery. Store manager did not return call, so had to go into store. Manager was useless, claiming he could not (would not) reach his warehouse which is located a short distance from the store. Refused to accommodate delivery of a new, working appliance, so we had to go pick it up ourselves. We live about a mile from the warehouse, so delivery (no installation required) would be VERY EASY. Not for Big George’s. No follow up on pick up date of defective appliance- were told Thursday by manager and heard nothing. Had to call scheduling on Thursday to find out we were scheduled for Friday. No confirmation email. No text. Nothing. Then truck arrived 30 minutes PRIOR to scheduled pick up window. No call. They turned the simplest sale into a customer service mess. Particularly stressful for me as a disabled individual. Avoid the stress and go elsewhere.
