Very bad customer service.
I placed an order for fireplace flint
After four weeks I still don’t have them.
Not delivered with other order, went to store not there said they would get from warehouse and put in my mailbox. Not delivered...called the store and was told they don’t have them , I inquired why I was in the position of calling and chasing them down....sales person very rude he told me “I didn’t know it was a matter of life or death”
If they can’t get the little things right I m wondering how they get the big things right???
