Let me start by saying I'd give them a neagtive star if I could. I ordered a KitchenAid 3 months ago. Doors came in scratched and freezer door damaged. Replacement doors came in and freezer door had stainless steel peeling off on a section of the freezer door. It's been almost 3 months and I still don't have replacement doors installed/delivered. This has been the absolute worst experience and will never shop here again. Customer service keeps putting ticket requests in via a Portal and they continue to tell me they'll get back to me. This has still not been resolved and I've been offered an extended warranty that costs them literally nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend anyone buying anything from Witbeck/Big Georges
