We recently purchased four appliances with a salesperson named Colin Stevens. He went above and beyond to satisfy us and explain everything to us, and when one of the appliances turned out to be defective he took care of having it swapped out for another one. He was always there to follow through, make sure we were pleased and was always kind and professional. He is soft-spoken, never pushy, and well-educated in each brand and its function. We will only go to Big George's from now on.
