We bought all Bosch high-end appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and range, over about a six-to-eight-month time period. All the appliances shipped by common carrier, and then I did the installs myself. The appliances arrived on time--within a week's time of the order. I had one question during the process, and they responded to my call promptly. They kept me notified through emails as to when the appliance would arrive. They were good to work with, and if I needed anything else I would go to Big George's Home Appliance Mart first!
