This letter is to express our appreciation to Colin Stevens for going above and beyond. Several weeks ago we bought a 15 cu ft refrigerator to install in our RV. This past weekend while installing it, the refrigerator was damaged beyond repair. With only seven days before our summer trip and the 4th of July holiday, Colin got another refrigerator delivered in five days. This saved us from living out of coolers for the next four weeks.

Again, we would like to thank Colin and the rest of the Ann Arbor Big George team for ensuring our vacation was completely enjoyable. His actions have ensured we will stay Big George customers and recommend you to others!
