The experience with Big George's was our first. Big George's was referred to us by our daughter and she was very impressed. So when it was time for us to consider new appliances, we went to Big George's.
John was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable about all their products. He walked through the different models of washers and dryers showing their features. He was courteous and was not high pressure. We did not purchase that day, but did our homework on the different models. A week later we came back and made the purchase with John.
The delivery crew of Brad and Bill G. were excellent. They were on-time, courteous and efficient. The washer and dryer were set up and they ran through the products a final time answering any questions we had.
A great total experience. I would definitely recommend Big George's.
