I cannot express how disappointed I am in their customer service. I ordered an entire kitchen of Wolf and Sub-zero appliances and basic appliances for a second kitchen (they have not been delivered, I most likely will cancel them.) The very bad choice was ordering our fireplace with them. We ordered a Marquis Fireplace from Michael Fournier for over $15K . All appliances we hired Big George to install. Michael never mentioned the option to have the fireplace installed. The clear implication was how easy it was to install. The nightmare began when the fireplace came in more pieces than we can count. I am paying several hvac and carpenters to try to get the fireplace installed. The contractors called Michael for NO support, only sarcastic responses. Customer service was also no help as they realized Michael had ordered several parts wrong. When I called concerned with the mess of not being able to put the fireplace together Michael was ruder than any salesperson I have ever dealt with. He accused me of refusing to have their installers, refused to help me get installers to the job site, and very very rudely kept telling me I had incompetent trades. I could go on and on about how rude and totally obnoxious Michael is. I will never shop or recommend Big George Appliances after my experience with him. If that is how they allow their salespeople to communicate, I will go somewhere else.
