My wife and I ordered a Whirlpool slide-in stove from Big George's in Ann Arbor. 3 weeks later, a badly damaged unit arrived in the Big George's warehouse from Whirlpool. A forklift driver had apparently driven an entire fork clean through the box and oven and still shipped it! Very apolgetic, our salesperson called with the bad news and had another unit shipped from Whirlpool within a week. The good unit was delivered and installed 8 days after his call. The delivery crew was very cordial, fast, careful and effecient. We would recommend this store to anyone. Their selection and service is top notch.
