Rating of 2 for salesman and 5 for delivery and installation. We recently purchased a 48 inch Thermador range. The sales staff did not inquire sufficiently to order all the elements needed initially. The sales staff did not keep us informed of the order, arrival or delivery. When we were told we would receive a call back, we did not. Once delivery was arranged, the team who delivered the stove were excellent. Installation was a bit complicated in our environment and Jon and Devonte were outstanding and handled all requirements with professionalism and skill.
