I had a bit of difficulty with my purchase of a washer & drier pair, but not because of any lack of service on the part of the sales or delivery staff. Both my sales person and the two delivery people were lovely. When a problem arose with drier installation (due to the configuration of my laundry room), the delivery people worked with me to reinstall my old drier.
