Alex and Cody had to come out twice: before getting too far, they realized that the dryer was NOT going to make it through the door to the laundry room. they stayed on the phone with me and the salesman to make sure the correct sized dryer was ordered, then came back immediately upon its delivery. Alex and Cody were professional, clean and went the extra mile for me. I am grateful.
