I had an almost complete loss of my home, so I used their service shortly after Hurricane Irene. From the standpoint of their expertise and their ability to advocate for me with the insurance company, they were just outstanding. The only thing that frustrated me sometimes is that they're in the dark ages in terms of having to FedEx checks and such. Sometimes it took weeks to get an insurance check from me to them before the money ultimately landed in my account. In the world of direct deposits and wire transfers it seems like there must be a quicker way to do that.
