Tell us everything up front

Ordered a LG French door Refrigerator. I was told it would be in the warehouse on a certain day. I called the following day only to learn that someone else was getting what I ordered. Then I was told that with each shipment, they send 98 stainless, one white and one black. Mine should be on the next shipment. Apparently Friedmans does not have control over the colors shipped. Would have gotten higher ratings if I had been told this up front. I wonder who got the one I was promised.

Thank you for your review, we need to know where we are failing to meet expectations if we hope to fix it. I apologize for the lack of communication. I would like to clarify what happened. The unit was truly backordered from LG and we never received one and gave it to someone else. I received one of those friges on 7/28/15 for another client. the very next unit I received was yours on 1/7/16. im not sure who informed you that yours was given to someone else but again I apologize for the poor communication. Thanks again for your feed back and please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
