This was a very wonderful experience for us. Friedmans has a phenomenal amount of product to check out. Olga helped us and was just the sweetest, most knowledgeable person ever. Friedmans was so understanding when our remodel stalled, and they needed to hold on to what we purchased for well over six months. I was so embarrassed, but they always assured me that it wasn't a problem. I would definitely purchase from them again. I have recommended them to my Mother-in-law, and she already purchased a washing machine there. This is definitely not a big box store. With all the many displays it's so much easier to make a decision about which way to go. There are actual "humans" to help you, and you don't just have to wander around by yourself without being able to ask a question. Even with all the personal service, their prices were competitive-you can't lose. The delivery process was great, and without a hitch. On balance there was not a thing that could be better.
