I was impressed that John is efficient and thorough about what he does. It was our second time using Septic Services, and John serviced two latrine units at the camp. The waste needs to be pumped out of the concrete pits, so he came down with the equipment and did exactly what we expected him to do. Sometimes waste and other things get clogged in the six-inch tube that is used to suck out waste from the pits, and John just cleaned them out and continued on with his project. We don't have to do this terribly frequently, but we will go back to the same people when we need service again.
