I have had my home cleaned for `40 years and Denise is THE best I have ever had. She is so thorough and goes beyond what is expected. If she sees something else that needs to be cleaned she does it (inside of refrigerator when not asked). I love the tissues shaped into a flower. I have cats and so they shed and she ensures all the places they lie down are cleaned of cat hair. She is also so friendly, professional and a "can do" attitude. I am in the office now when she is at my home - so I miss seeing her. I like receiving the cleaning reminders on email and the office is prompt on billing.
