We had 2 blocked drains (laundry room and shower)within approx 1 hour of calling and speaking to Reg, their tech Gary arrived,on a Saturday. He rootered and unblocked the laundry room drain fairly easily, but the shower drain was a little more difficult, but he accomplished both with a smile and a great attitude. Cost was as stated over the phone. There was no pressure, no "you need this to be done" and no extras - the job was straight forward and they did not overcharge. We will certainly recommend them and also use them in the future.
