Tardiness and permanent damages to our Kohler toilet

We are extremely upset with your service.

1) The Plumber said they would be here between 9AM-10AM. They called at 10:10AM & said he would be right over and then we called him at 10:50AM and he said he needed another half an hour. We agreed for him to come at 5pm, if he would call right before arrival.

2) The Plumber showed up at 4PM w/o calling ahead of time. He was lucky someone was home.

3) The Plumber fixed the problem, but PERMANENTLY scratched the toilet bowl.

WE WORK DILIGENTLY TO MAKE SURE TECHNICIAN WAS NOT LATE AGAIN AND THAT IS WHY HE SHOWED UP EARLIER THAN EXPECT. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE DONE TO YOUR TOILET,PIONEER PLUMBING SENT A SUPERVISOR RIGHT AWAY TO CLIENTS PROPERTY TO FIX THE ISSUE. CLIENT SIGNED PAPER WORK STATING SHE WAS SATISFIED WITH WORK DONE BY SUPERVISOR.
