Pioneer Plumbing went through the building to do work under the building, and I think they were a little dirty. They brought in dirt from under the building and they should have prepped it better and covered the carpeting. We had a change order, which I think was their fault. They didn't scope out the job completely enough and they ended up cutting the floor. That cost more money. The bid should have taken into account how they were going to get the pipes into the crawlspace.
