I called at 7:45 AM on a Saturday morning for a lower duplex sink overflowing with backed up water from the upper unit. I was promised someone would be out within the hour which I did not believe. Well they didn't quite make it in the first hour, but arrived shortly afterward. Luis resolved the blockage after about 15 minutes and cleaned up very well.
