This was my first time using Pioneer Plumbing. They did install the water heater. There was a hole and I asked him to come back but he said that was not a part of the service. He did a good job with the water heater so I recommended that he get a contractor to do the dry wall. He finished it, and it came out good. It was a learning experience for him. Next time he installs a water heater, I know he'll put everything back in shape rather than leaving it the way it was originally. He's a good man. He's very responsive. I never got mad with him. He finished and did a good job. He learned as he went along. I was satisfied. I recommend them.
